| CAN 1 SIBLING CLAIM OWNERSHIP ON ACREAGE LEFT IN A TRUST FOR 4 SIBLINGS? EVEN IF STATED IN PARENTS DIVORCE DECREE THAT LAND IS LEFT FOR THE 4 CHILDREN TO USE AS AGRICULTURE PURPOSES? CAN THE 1 SIBLING MAKE THE OTHER 3 PAY FOR DEBTS SHE PAID OUT FOR FATHER WHO PASSED AWAY, BEFORE LETTING THE OTHERS BUILD? BECAUSE SHE & HER HUSBAND HOLDS TITLE ALONG WITH A CURRENT MORTGAGE SHE ENFORCES THESE STIPULATIONS UPON US; PREVENTING US ALL FROM EVER BUILDING. CAN A DIVORCE DECREE REVERSE OR HELP US STILL GO FORWARD AND BUILD? |

Hi noeuemura!
Do you have documents which prove that the property will be divided between the 4 children? If yes, then you can sue her in the court. You will have to prove that your sibling has taken away the property under a false pretense. I would suggest you to consult an attorney and discuss how you would proceed with the issue.
Thanks. |

| this can be done only on the bases that the parent left a document that states that the property should be shred by the four siblings, if there i a document that proves that all you need to do is consult an attorney and with the document and i belief the attorney would take absolute measures to see that justice is done |
