What is the highest loan to value at this time?
We work overseas, but our residence is in Hawaii, can we apply for such a loan?
Can my spouse apply since she has a better credit score than I?

Hi naiuogc,

If your spouse has a better credit score than you, then she would be able to apply for a loan. The LTV ratio should be less than or equal to 80%. If the LTV ratio is above 80%, then you will have to go for a private mortgage insurance.
