Loan and title is under all 3 persons. He filed the chapter 7 and according to him it is finished. Should he pull out of the bankrupt so all 3 can apply for the obama stimulus loan mod?

Hi kopaenz,

I did not understand what you wanted to mean by "finished". Has the Chapter 7 been discharged? If not, then he can consult with his attorney and dismiss the bankruptcy filing. Then, all the co-borrowers of the mortgage can apply for the loan modification with the lender and check out if he agrees to it.
