The limitations on an FHA mortgage of any type are:
1. You're income
2. You're credit score.
3. The value of the property (the value after repairs with a 203k loan)
4. The county FHA limit for maximum FHA loan amount
Every county in the U.S. has FHA maximum mortgage limits.
Assunimg income and credit are ok, you will need to note the state and county in which the property is located. The we can tell you the maximum FHA mortgage amount for that county.
