Hi great_captcherz,

The different types of questions that you are posting in the forum surprises me. In one of your questions, you say that you've "bad credit" and want to know about improving credit score whereas in another question you want to sell off your home and in this one you state that you have a "good credit" score of 750 and want to take a home loan! This is quite strange - do you genuinely have a problem?

Anyways, if you want to get a loan, you need to contact a lender. The lender will not only look after your credit score but also check your income. If you do not have a steady income, lenders won't give you a loan. So, contact your local lenders and check if you can get pre-approved for a loan.

sara, you two seem to have a thing going on here. my analysis: this guy is another of those who likes to pretend to be a neophyte on one post, an expert on the next, and on and on. we've seen far too many of these - people posing scenario after scenario and then making declarative assessments on others' queries. i don't know how we can guard against this, and i fear that it affects the integrity of the overall site; but i do definitely feel that we have to be vigilant in trying to put a stop to it.
