Can someone tell me about Alternative Lending for a MTG, also does anyone know of a good company to deal with?

I have gone through your earlier posts. And, it seems you are not getting qualified with the regular loan programs. So are you looking for programs which are dependent on alternative credit scores or the ones apart from the FHA insured mortgages? I suggest you try out with ACORN Housing or NACA. Such organizations offer loan programs available even with low down payment and bad credit. Also, what about credit unions? have you talked to any credit union, though for getting loans from there, you need to be a member.
