Hi Larry,
I'm not sure what you mean by "did you sell it through foreclosure"
I was threatened foreclosure, back in 2004, thus filed for chapter 13.
had chapter 13 dismissed, sold the home. If this means I sold the home through foreclosure, I'm not sure. If it does, wouldn't the date be from when they filed it, back in 2004? I'm so confused!
FYI: Credit scores, last check, was 605 (midscore). now have 20 hard inquires.

Why does my picture show up as a woman? I noticed Larry's was also.

I think the pictures are given randomly and that shows a man as a girl and a girl as a man LOL Smile

I just asked you whether the house is sold through foreclosure or not? But now it seems that you have just sold the property and it has not sold through foreclosure. So the foreclosure should not be reported in your credit report.

I think you should inform the consumer reporting agency the information that you think is inaccurate. You will have to send the copies of the documents to support your point.
