How is your credit
How is the income (are you self emplyed)
how much monthly debt do you have
Do you have a down payment
How much are homes in your area

Brian has rightly said that you should give us more details about you situation. Otherwise it is difficult to suggest. Do you have good credit? The lenders check it very much. If you have good credit score and lower debt to income ratio with good income then why would not you get approve for a mortgage loan Smile

By the do you have enough money to pay the down payments and closing costs?
