I know I could close a ton more if only I was licensed in multiple states. Does anyone know of any mortgage brokers that are licensed in all 50 states?

I personally do not know about lenders who are licensed in all the 50 states. However, as far as I know, mortgage brokers can get license for multiple states. For example in Alabama, you'll have to fill out the second broker's application form and submit it to the licensing authority.
