me and my father are on home loan father is borrower im co borrwer he likes to be removed and just me to be on the loan alone how do i do it ?

Hi,

In my opinion its not possible. If your father not paying loan, you have to pay off loan as a you are co-signer for loan. Ask to your lender if any options opened to you.

hello...u can get a family member to co sign on an FHA mortgage as a non-occupying borrower... nevertheless, I know of no one who is currently taking a borrower with no score even if the co-borrower has high scores…. It makes no difference who is borrower & who is co-borrower. They are both equally obligated…. do research in ur state talk over the legal representative… also find a reputable company that may be help you …
