i i dont have good credit and my landlord would like to sell the condo i live in by next year i would love to buy it and he said he would work with me how would i be able to get a morage .

jinge, you need to sit down with a lender and see precisely where your failings are on your credit report, so that you can work on fixing them. when you say "by next year" that doesn't tell anyone how long you have to work on the credit issues, but how much time you'll need will depend on how much you have to do.

it's not at all impossible for someone to make great progress in fixing credit, so jump on it quickly and you'll have a better shot at it.
