Who pays Mortgage?

Like 0 Dislike 0 Mortgage in deceased husbands name, house deeded in widows name. Deceased husband has an Estate in Childrens name. Are they responsible for mortgage in there dad's name?

However, as far as I know, as the loan is in your husband's name, it is the estate which will take care of the mortgage payments. You can contact a real estate attorney and take his opinion in this matter. He will be able to help you in a better way. Thanks
