80/20 Loans

My husband and I have had our condo on the market for over a year and we want to lower our asking price, but if we do then we won't have a down payment for our next house. We were approved for an FHA loan and we're planning on just having the 3 1/2% down. That's what we based our current asking price on. Thanks so much Shannon
