No chance of obtaining a mortgage that would benefit you. For "no income" verification loans, the lenders are requiring 20% down minimum and self-employed, not un-employed. There are also complete " No Doc" loans available for all with credit above 600 with a minimum of 45% down payment. I hope this helps...
