sweeetone09 Joined: 07 Apr 2010 Posts: 2 1.16 Dollars($)	Posted: Wed Apr 07, 2010 5:30 pm    Post subject: ESCROW NEVER CASHED Like 0 Dislike 0 My husband and I placed an offer and were accepted October of 2009, at which point we provided the seller's lawyer with a check for 10,000 to be held in the escrow acct. We closed the deal Jan 2010, and it is now April 2010 and that check has not been cashed.. what can we do...legally?
