My dad co-signed for our parents home about three or four years ago. Now, I am looking to buy a home and my dad is wants to co-sign for me. Is he able to even if he has already been a co-signer once?

He is able to be a non-occupying co-borrower, but if he is co-signing you will also be carrying the debt of his other loan. Keep that in mind. I hope this helps...

As long as he can qualify carrying his current loan and your loan, you should be ok. FHA allows family members to be non-occupying co-borrowers.
