I'm 53 on s.s.d.-make15000 per year-wife makes 30k--what are the chances for f.h.a. loan Had two homes pre marriage-) out---never late on paymemts- same morg company

what we don't know, and it is critical, is the rest of your story. credit scores are important, and for most lenders, you'll need a minimum score of 620 - for each of you. also, your current indebtedness will be a factor - the less you have, the better. if you can provide a bit more information, it'll be easier to diagnose your situation as it now stands.

looking at what you said, you seems to eb makign payments on timeand probably have good credit report

Dending on the vavlue of the new hosue what you want to buy, you probably have a good chance of gettign the loan.

You will need atleast 620 credit score
