Hello,

I would like to get more information about FHA loans in the Atlanta, GA area. Is there anyone I can talk to here in regards to those loans?

I actually did a search on FHA loans on the site and found some good answers to my questions. If someone who is a broker/lender wants to reply to me, I still will appreciate it.

FHA loan requires at least a fico score of 580 with no major collections of late payments in the last 2 years and 2 years of work history with at least 3.5% down payment.

Hi dalejthomas!

Welcome to forums!

I agree with what msnover has said. The terms and conditions for getting FHA loans are easier as compared to conventional loans. You can seek a no obligation free mortgage consultation from the lenders of this community. This will help you in knowing what kind of rates and terms you might be receiving while you apply for a FHA loan.

Feel free to ask if you have further queries.
