Hi Julie, If thats your middle score then you can go either conventional loan which does require at least 725 score or a fha loan which only needs a 620 score. Either way with a score of 775 you can go which either way you want.

julie, your credit score is wonderful, but "good" income is meaningless without having a number attached to it. further, we don't know your indebtedness, if any, which is also important. if you elaborate, we can give you better information. nevertheless, if you are accurate in your assessment of your situation, the likelihood of approval would be pretty decent, i imagine.

Your fico score is really good. Depending on your income and your debt, That will determine how much of a loan/mortgage amount you can qualify for. Hope this helps.

A FICO score that?s above 750 is excellent while the scores ranging from 720 to 750 are rated to be very good. you have an excellent rating 775 so some lenders give you better rates or discounts.

What else is expected? you can apply for Mortgage loan

you can go for conventional loan or FHA loan as you wish with such an excellent score... But, other factors will also be considered....
