I was wondering if anyone knows how old the home loan can be in order to do a forensic audit. aour original loan was in 2005. Refinanced in Dec 2006. I think there was problems from the first loan

Hi deni,

There is no such limitation that prohibits forensic audit on loans originated in 2005. You can contact a reputed company that does forensic audit on mortgage loans. By the way, what kind of problems are you facing with the first mortgage loan?
