My wife and I have good credit score. However, my wife is going to apply for a mortgage since I am not working.
How can I do in order to get include in the property?
Anyone knows what can happen in the future and I just want to be safe.
Please advise,

Hi tomkush,

Do you want to know how you can add your name to the property? Well, as you do not have a job, you cannot qualify for the loan. In such a situation, I think your wife should first qualify for the loan and then she can add you to the title to the property using a quitclaim deed with the lender's approval. In the meantime if you can find a job and refinance the loan in both of your names.
