Does anyone know of any lenders that will do a jumbo loan.
Primary residence worth around 7 million. Would need around 4 million.

A large number of jumbo loans are from local banks using their own money and they only lend locally.
You may get a better response if you note the state and county in which the property is located.

Biggest question would be worth 7 million when?

If it's still worth 7 million then talk to the big boys in the industry, bofa(countrywide), wells, JP, Goldman, U.S. Bank, chase etc.
