credit score is low.can still get a loan.

my credit is low and i have a good job.my girl friend has a home that wants to save she had filed bankrupy and has a house thats behind and no income but i do.dont know which way to go.

"low" credit is not enough information for any of us to give you a reasonable answer. do you have any idea what your credit score is? do you have unpaid collections and charge-offs? are there judgments against you?

these are important questions for you to answer. if you can provide us with a little more information, we might be able to provide some direction.

What bk did your girlfriend file? Are you on the house on which the payments hasn't been made in time? or does it belong to your gilrfriend only? at a low score you can get a mortgage but you shouldn't have too many negatives items on your credit report or else you won't qualify.
