maturity date

if my loan matures in june 2015 and i have made double payments. If i have a balance of 110.00 at this moment and choose not to pay until 2015 can mortgage company charge me late fees?

If you procrastinated for payment mortgage company always charge late payment fees.

Hi hcereceres,

The mortgage company may or may not charge you late fees. However, in my opinion it would be better if you pay off that amount. This will make the property free and clear. Thus, you won't remain liable for the mortgage any further.
