Hi dancinhight,

Banks may offer loans for 2 separate transactions but can you tell me more about the transactions involved here?

I have some advice to share: DONT BUY A MODULAR!!! They are poorly made with inexpensive matierals which will not stand the test of time. They are also harder to sell, espically as they age.
