Can i get a house mortgage with no down payment? like 100% financing?

The days of ZERO down payment are gone. The market is in this situation due to loans like that and some other fancy loans.
Your best option is to go with FHA loan, which requires 3.5% down payment. This also will have MIP(PMI) with the loan.

But if you are a first time home buyer you cna take advantge of the $8000 dollars to use towards the down payment, but you cannot use the entire amount towards the down payment.
