There is term credit score, which plays important role in getting any type of loan.For FHA Loan you have minimum credit score of 620 is required.

Also with as requirement of credit score the person can able to can afford the mortgage payments and cash investment is neceesary.
The person who plans to use the mortgaged property as a primary residence may apply for an FHA loan.

Any one with minimumm of 620 credit score and atleast 2 years of job history. Also good income to show that you can mkae payments

then you are qualify to get FHA loan .....................
