There is term credit score, which plays important role in getting any type of loan.For FHA Loan you have minimum credit score of 620 is required.
Also with as requirement of credit score the person can able to can afford the mortgage payments and cash investment is neceesary.
The person who plans to use the mortgaged property as a primary residence may apply for an FHA loan. |

if u have minimum credit score of 620 ...........and no problem with credit.......and have 2 or more year of busness or job expirence ............
then you are qualify to get FHA loan ..................... |
