I had a favorable mortgage settlement in February and still I receive the same billing I always received. Is there a time limit for the mortgage company to comply with the settlement agreement?

I WON A SETTLEMENT AGAINST AMERIQUEST AND THE RESULTS WERE DONE IN FEBRUARY - IS THERE A TIME LIMIT FOR THEM TO ABIDE BY THE AGREEMENT?
THEY ARE STILL BILLING THE ORIGINAL RATE AND HAVE NOT AJUSTED MY MORTGAGE AT ALL. |

i would think you'd go back to whoever adjudicated that settlement and check on that. what does the paperwork that you have indicate?

| My monthly payment lowered by a couple of hundred and my pay off by about 20 grand. I went through the courts so i wanted to know if there is a time limit for them to be done. I have all signed agreements. |
