Hi sonicool,
Welcome to our forum.
You have to pay property taxes to government if your loan approved.
If you are first time home buyer you can get First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit benifits.
Thanks & Regards.

i have a feeling the question is concerning income tax that needs to be paid to the irs. that, of course, assumes that sonicool is located in the united states. if so, then the answer is yes, you must file income tax returns in the united states. not having done so will probably prevent you from obtaining a mortgage. _________________ George M.
