my husband has a va loan for 135,000.00. What price range should I be looking for. We plan to put $20,000.00 down.

VA loans are available to those who had served on active duty in the armed forces and were discharged on conditions other than dishonourable. These loans are very popular because they do not require any down payment and offers very low interest rates.

You have mentioned that your husband already has a VA loan. So, are you looking for another VA loan to purchase a new house? What is his credit score and the debt to income ratio?
