My old Home is in out of city ,His price is not too big. My question is Mortage loan is depend on home price? If loan is depend on home price then can i show fake price of home?? IF I will get Loan , Can I offered this? Give structural details how much EMI for how much loan payment, So I can calculate how much I can offered mortage loan please give me suitable way so that I can take as much as mortage loan.

So, the market value of the property minus the combined debts against it, will determine the equity in the property, based on which you'll be offered a loan. The monthly loan payment depends on the amount and term of the loan and the interest rate. Without these details, it's not possible to state how much loan payment you'll have to make.
