mothers moble home has leins on it are the benefactors responsible for them? state is idaho.

if the liens are secured against the home, or property, then mother is solely responsible. Either keep making payments, or talk with lenders and explain that she passed and that you would like to assume the liens, mortgages...

Hi raptor,

I agree with Chris. The owner of the property will be responsible for the liens placed on it. The liens needs to paid off in order to make the property fee and clear. In order to do so, you will have to pay off the lien.
