I live in Idaho and am having problems finding a good lender for a 1994 manufactured home/land purchase. What can your company do for me?

HUD has the home at 82,000 but has reduced the price. We want to offer 50G with the idea to install the carpet.

I would like to know your lending terms and loan-to-value etc. If you finance in Idaho.
