Hi keenanconc,

In this depressed economy, there are not many lenders who offer stated income loans. But there are still certain lenders who offer such loans to self employed borrowers. However, they expect the borrower to have a very good credit scores and payment history. They also charge a higher interest rate and require a good amount of down payment from the borrower.

There are lenders in this community who offer loans in Idaho. What you can do is, you can go for a no obligation free mortgage quote with them. They will assess your financial situation, credit score etc. If you qualify for the stated income loan, they will offer you free mortgage quotes. You can also contact your local lenders and get mortgage quotes from them. Once you have the various options with you, you can choose from them the best option available to you.
