My mom had quit claim her property to one of my sister's name only. In reality it should be correctly stated 50% to me (son) and 50% split between 4 of my sisters. Please let me know how to go about to add my name and my other 3 sisters on the deed to state the correct % of ownership for each person.

Hi superman,

As your mother has quitclaimed the property to your sister, she is the owner of the property. You should ask her to sign a new quit claim deed and add your name and your other sisters to the property deed.

Thanks,

Jerry
