debra Guest	Posted: Sat Apr 17, 2010 1:23 pm    Post subject: trust Like 0 Dislike 0 i take care of my mom and her home is in a trust with four adult kids name on it . all kids have homes except me. i am presently a poor credit risk but can my working adult son replace my name on the trust so if anything should happen to me then at least he and his syblings could remain in the house and finish paying off the mortgage. me and my mom and four young adult kids all live here but just me and my syblings are on the trust or deed in case something happens to mom. My mom stipulated that as long as i want to stay in the house and pay the mortage i could and my syblings can not sell it. so now i am looking out for my kids in case something happens to me. i live in illinois. _________________ Need help choosing the right loan?
