What great info you gave. My daughter is going to go thru divorce. They owe $166,000 on a $124,000 house and want to short sale it. The realitor said he would list it for $89,000 but got the papers today for $98,000. It is imperative that we sell it instead of forclosure or bankrupsy as they are trying to save their credit. What do you suggest we list it for? Any info is GREATLY appreciated | ||||
