I will be paying it off in March and I was wondering what all I need to have the home transferred into my name? Would a quitclaim deed suffice? Or do I need additional documentation or paperwork? I just want to make sure that I don't pay all of the money and end up with nada, as I'm sure everyone can understand. Thank you all for your help!
