the first mortgage has the the lien the second one does not are supposed to pay just the first one...we are in our 5th year of a Chapter 13 bankruptcy repayment plan we live in Indiana but i was told we did not have to pay the second loan is the correct they don't take taxes on the second one what can you tell meabout this?

Hi guest !

If the lender has told you that you will not have to pay the second loan, then you have to believe him. Moreover, you have also mentioned that taxes are also not charged. To be on the safer side, you can ask the lender once again if you need to pay the second loan any more.

Consult your lender once again and ask him about the second loan. If the lender says the same thing, you got to believe them.
