Indiana takes legal action against Countrywide

Indiana will be taking legal action against mortgage giant Countrywide Home Loans Inc. which has been deceiving borrowers with higher costs and risky mortgages. The lawsuit was filed by Attorney General Steve Carter. And it states clearly about the deceitful practices of Countrywide.
