I am trying to by an investment property in indiana for under $40,000. I have a 718 credit score. I can not find anyone willing to lend less than $40,000. Any suggestions?

heyyou...you ought to be able to get financing somewhere - i know our company offers it. to elaborate further, however, there is much more detail needed....down payment percentage, occupancy status - will you live there?, and so much more.

please do not give marty any business - he is nothing but a spammer who violates every principle of this website, which is intended to be a forum and not an advertising space.

Here is more info to work with. I would like to put as little down as possible, but prepared for 20%. I will not live there it is investment only. I have 2 mortgages already. Would like to cash out REFI up to 80% ASAP but realize there will be some seasoning. Still the initial problem of getting financing.

Hi heyyoucalledme!

Welcome to Forums!

I think you should ask the lenders why they are nor ready to give the loan. In my opinion your credit score is quite good and you are not even asking a high amount of loan. There must be some definite reasons to it.

You may even consult some other lenders as well. I have heard that this community has some lenders as their member who offer various programs for the different people. You can even consult them. You can also go for a no obligation free loan consultation from the lenders which will help you to know the kind of loans you can get.

Feel free to ask if you have further queries.
