Hi davoworld ,

I assume that you have got a mortgage on mobile home and thus you are asking the question about 'where to put it' in order to avoid further complications from lender.Am I right?

If that is so, you can put it wherever you wish to put it either in your personal land or at co-op parking lots.It doesn't make any difference to lender.

Feel free to ask any further query if you have.....

Hi davoworld,

You can put your trailer on the property that you've bought. It's not mandatory for you to put up the trailer in a trailer park.

Thanks
