What are the laws in Indiana about property owned before this marriage, kept in my name? Does he have any rights to my property in Indiana?

Hi scheperss,

The property has been purchased prior to marriage and has your name on it. In that case, your husband will not be able to claim any ownership rights to that property. It would be considered as your separate property. You are the sole owner of that property.

Thanks
