The property is in Indiana. I hold this property with my ex wife and my parents. (4 owners total) The original title is held as follows:
An undivided One-Half Interest in MOM and DAD, Husband and Wife, as tenants by the Entireties and
An undivided One-Half Interest in Jason and Cynthia, Husband and Wife, as Tenants by the Entireties

I need to get my ex-wife, Cynthia off the deed. On the quit claim deed can I hold title as follows:
An undivided One-Half Interest in MOM and DAD, Husband and Wife, as tenants by the Entireties and
An undivided One-Half interest in Jason, as Joint Tenant?

Also will all 4 owners be grantors and then the 3 of us (MOM, DAD, JASON) are grantees in this situation?
Thanks.

Hi jasoncarlstedt,

Your ex-wife, Cynthia, will have to sign a property deed in your favor and transfer the property to you. This will remove her name from the property deed. Unless she signs the deed in your favor, you won't be able to remove your name from the property deed.

Thanks
