How would I go about processing a quit claim to transferring ownership into a living revocable trust for an Indiana house but the trust is in Chicago? Do I need to have an attorney from Indiana or from Illinois or both?

Hi cmatlockdj,

Welcome to forums.

You need to take help of an attorney who resides in the state where the property is located, that is in Indiana. He should prepare the deed for the transfer.

Thanks
