Right of Ingress or Regress is an excellent combination of two terms ''Ingress'' and ''Regress''. Ingress means - to enter and regress means - to leave. Legal combination of these two terms together defines the right of the lessee to enter and leave the earmarked property.

Features:

Exclusive right - It is a right which grants privilege to the lessee to-
- Enter the land in question.
- Go upon the land in question.
- Return from the land in question.
Bestows Freedom And Sovereignty - It is a legal right that serves as an instrument, for granting a considerable degree of freedom and sovereignty to the lessee in regard to his/her move in a disputed property or premises.
