Yesterday morning,one man has take my car away.I didn't pay my car payment from last 2 month.But I paid EMI regularly upto before 2 months.I was not in city before 2 months for this i caold not pay car payment.

I will come in city after 2-3 months means ican not pay car payment next 2-3 months.

For this situation , can I get my car back??

Please assist me ..!!

this is a mortgage forum and not designed for questions about car loans.

nevertheless, here you go: you have the right to redeem your car from the lender by bringing your payments up-to-date and paying the repossession fees. failing that, the financing agent has the right to sell your vehicle, seek any deficiency balance from you, suing you in the process if needed.

waiting 2-3 months to do anything about this will not get you your car back.
