I was planning for mortgage refinance and was looking for some cash out to re-innovate my house. I was in search of a company that would be the best and provide me mortgage refinance loan at a low rate. I have recently visited a web site and found it to be very informative, providing mortgage services in Connecticut. "http://www.ctmortgagedepo.com/". Can any one tell me whether this company is reliable or not.

Hi,

It looks Ok to me. I also went through their privacy policy and all the points mentioned there are fair enough.

Thanks,

Allan

Hi Franklin,

As much as I have known about this company, it seems that they work as brokers placing various loan types with lenders. They work for all borrowers having different credit profiles. The information available in the company website seems to be good enough for borrowers who aren't aware of the industry.

I shall suggest that you go through the privacy policy before you judge this company. Moreover, you need to approach them, talk to the professionals working there and then decide whether to sign a deal with them.

Thanks,

Sara.

As a mortgage professional and former escrow officer I highly recommend two things in looking for a mortgage company. No. 1 - get referrals from friends - when you get the same name more than once, go talk with that person. No. 2 - only use a mortgage company that has a local presence (like where you can go sit on their desk when you have a problem and they aren't returning your calls) If you can't get to them, you have no recourse.
