currently seeking to refi property. having trouble with other lenders because it is a rural property. Currently have mortgage with small bank. Please call at (254) 797-0226. Our mortgage balance is around 136K and value is 215K according to appraised value from appraisal from 5-5-2012.
How many acres? what is the problem - land to home value? Appraisal having trouble finding comparables? It is tougher but not impossible to get these done - I will give you a call tomorrow and see if I can help.
