He charged me $3500, for switching to a different lender. Is it usual? _________________ Need help choosing the right loan? Get free consultation from community lenders/consultant

If you had agreed to use a lender recommended by the builder in exchange of any discount or upgrade then, this can happen. In that case as you have engaged a different lender he is not going to give you the benefit previously agreed upon. Feel free to ask if you have more queries. God bless you.
